Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program
Habilitative Systems operates a sixty unit housing facility for elderly persons, the Elois McCoy Village Apartmes and is celebrating the grand opening of of a second brand new sixty unit facility, the Enola A. Dew Apartments. The 202 program provides very low-income elderly with options that allow them to live independently but in an environment that provides support activities such as cleaning, cooking, transportation, etc.
To be eligible for an apartment under the HUD 202 program, individuals or their spouse must be at least 62 years of age or older; individuals must have an annual income consistent with HUD guidelines for income maximums.

Senior Technology Center
Elois McCoy Village Apartments Gets New Technology Center
Habilitative Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the opening of a Seniors Technology Center at the McCoy Village Apartments. This is the first of 23 technology centers for senior buildings across the State of Illinois. The project was funded by President Obama's Broadband Technology Opportunity Program (BTOP), and will provide technology centers, training and laptop computers for building residents who complete the training, as well as a year of free high speed internet service. The project was championed by Congressman Danny K. Davis, Governor Quinn, Commissioner Robert Steele and Don Samuelson, a local attorney and expert on broadband technology. This project will help prevent seniors from becoming isolated and disconnected from family and the world around them by bridging the digital divide.
