Behavioral Health Services
The Behavioral Health Care Center provides case management and counseling services for adults suffering from Mental Illness and Substance Abuse. The services for persons with mental illness include outreach, home monitoring, advocacy and help identifying community resources for the overall benefit and support of the client and/or family members. The program services also provide clinical intervention to individuals, groups and communities whose economic and psychosocial functioning have been impaired as a result of one's own or another's alcohol or chemical dependency.

Children & Family Services
The Children and Family Services Care Center serves urban children, youth and families in need of support and intervention to remain intact, become independent and/or reach their potential. Consistent with the agency’s mission of client empowerment and self-sufficiency, it is the goal of Children and Family Services to provide our consumers protection, safety, immediate and extended treatment, family stabilization, case management, youth counseling, parenting skills and recreational skills.

Disabilities Management
Disabilities Management Care Center offers services that include instruction in basic independent living skills, sheltered employment training and preparation for placement in supportive and/or competitive employment for persons with developmental disabilities. Our various programs assist consumers to achieve their maximum independence level by increasing their earning capacity, self esteem and self-sufficiency.

Residential Services
The Residential Care Center provides housing, specialized training and intensive case management services for persons who are developmentally disabled, mentally ill, homeless or other persons at-risk. Through basic care, independent living skills, programmed academic learning, community survival skills and employment readiness training, we achieve the primary purpose which is to prevent institutionalization and increase movement to least restrictive care settings.
