Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the program manager and CFS Clinical Director they will provide direct-Care services and supervision to all clients in the Transitional Living Program and the Youth Stabilization Program (16 total clients). Interacts with the clients and is responsible for the department and implementation of individual program plans. Assures that all persons working with the clients focus their efforts on attaining the objective goals specified in the individual treatment plan.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Social work, psychology or related are from an accreditied college or unviersity. At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative capacity. A working knowledge or carious local city, state, and federal regulatory bodies. Familiarity with the Chicago Public School system and the alternative educational sources. Must have certification: Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP).
