Job Summary:

Under direct supervision of the Clinical Program Manager provide intensive case management and counseling services to children and adolescent with emotional/behavioral disorders and their families. Stays abreast of community, resources and services, appropriate to the needs of the clients and their families.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree preferred in a Human Services or related field. Must have at least three (3) years of case management/counseling experience. Must have at least five (5) years of direct service experience with children, youth, and families. Must have familiarity with the public/private social service and community.
